I had an amazing time at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was exceptional right in front of the beach, but the service had some unpleasant surprises. The dining experience was delightful, and the facilities were great.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms looked like the staff quarters but were to die for in front of the beach. They had everything available, even hot chocolate and biscuits.
Service
7.0
The staff were very friendly, the type that makes a difference in your holiday. However, there were some incidents that were straight out of a grumpy remake of Fawlty Towers.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent, right on the ocean with a beach just across the road. I could clearly hear the sea even though I did not have a seafront view.
Dining
9.0
The dining was excellent with a good variety of food on offer. The full English breakfast was really delicious and the staff was very helpful.
Facilities
The hotel had great facilities overall.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was nice, featuring both a bath and shower. However, it felt like a badly converted garage and could use some refreshing. The service was friendly overall, but there was a mix-up about breakfast entitlement upon arrival. The location was great, being right at the seafront with a big breakfast. Dining was satisfactory, with hot and plentiful options, though the room condition was a bit tired. The facilities were decent, with good value overall.

The staff was very friendly, but there was a slight issue with breakfast entitlement on arrival. The service was generally good, and any requests were promptly attended to.

The location was excellent, right at the seafront with a clear view of the sea. Even without a seafront view from my room, the proximity to the beachfront was wonderful, and I would be happy to stay there again.
Dining

The dining experience was satisfactory with a hot and plentiful breakfast. While it was good value overall, some items like the full English breakfast appeared tired due to sitting for a while. However, the artisanal bread was a nice touch.

7.4/10
The hotel is in a fabulous location right by the seafront and just a short walk from the town center. The service was incredibly helpful, especially in rectifying a booking error, although there were some issues with room allocation. The dining experience was a bit overpriced but satisfying. Overall, a lovely stay with a few hiccups.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms from the second to the first floor were okay but not great, some felt cramped when sharing with more than two others, and the price didn't match the inconveniences like scaffolding outside.
Service
8.0
The staff on the seafront were exceptionally supportive and friendly, resolving a booking mix-up promptly. However, there were some issues with the manager and errors in booking dates.
Location
9.0
The location is fabulous, right on the seafront and a short walk to the town center, offering a warm and friendly welcome. However, it was disappointing to have to relocate for breakfast in inclement weather.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience, while offering tasty homemade Majorcan products, was a bit overpriced, particularly in the basement section accessed by a steep stairway.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel provides adequate facilities, but there were some inconsistencies in room allocation and dining arrangements.

The hotel is located perfectly across from the beach and close to shops and restaurants, making it an ideal spot. While the rooms lack quality for couples, I found myself in a family-style room on the top floor with privacy issues and noise concerns from the back garden view. The service was a mix of unprofessional behavior and quick responses when necessary.
Rooms
5.0
The room I got was subpar for a couple, more suitable for a family, with noise issues and lack of privacy from the view.
Service
5.0
Mixed service experience, with unprofessional behavior towards children but quick responses when issues were raised.
Location

The hotel is in a great location right by the seafront, offering easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
Dining

Breakfast experience was a bit confusing, as it was served in a different hotel and lacked expected items like mushrooms.
Facilities

Limited feedback on facilities, but the outdoor patio being used by workmen for smoking was not ideal.

Our stay at the hotel had highs and lows. On one hand, the hotel's location was fantastic, right across the road from the beach and close to shops and restaurants, offering a superb breakfast. However, the room had some issues with the lock being out of commission, resulting in a cold night on the ground floor.
Rooms
6.0
The room had some issues with the lock not working, but it was eventually fixed after some struggle. It was cold throughout the night.
Service
9.0
The staff were very attentive and friendly, going out of their way to assist guests. Even though they arrived slightly later than expected, they made up for it with fresh decor and hospitality trays in the room.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location directly on the seafront was exactly what I expected. It offered a great view of the waves crashing onto the beach and was conveniently close to the rest of the town.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was a mix of excellence and room for improvement. The food quality was good, and the lady serving was friendly, but there were some issues with temperature and self-service options.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, with potential for more improvements.
